Every month, right before the chaos kicks in, I sit down and create a little visual anchor for how I want the next few weeks to feel.
It’s not about manifesting a dream life or pretending I have it all figured out. It’s about clarity. Calm. A quick visual reminder of the energy I want to protect, cultivate, or shift into.
And because so many of you ask how I make these… here’s the exact process. Screenshots included.
1. I brain-dump what I want to feel, do, or invite in.
Before I open Pinterest, I write down a couple quick things:
What’s already on the calendar?
What energy do I want to carry through the month?
What habits or themes do I want to reconnect with?
This month, it looked like:
2. I go Pinterest hunting (but with keywords)
Instead of getting lost for hours, I search very specific phrases like:
“meeting friends aesthetic”
“study aesthetic”
“summer in the city”
“nervous system reset”
I save 1–2 images per theme I noted in step 1.

3. I open Canva and use my go-to template

I’ve been using the same simple grid for months now. I just swap in my new photos, rearrange them until the vibe feels ✨just right✨, and download it.
👉 Here’s the Canva template I use
(make sure you are logged in in Canva!)
I like to apply the same filter to all of the pictures in Canva to make them look cohesive. I often use Fade but make sure, that I tone it down for pictures that are too washed out by it.
4. I print it on sticker paper
Because yes, obviously the goal of all this is to physically paste these into my TN insert.
I use this sticker paper and print it with this printer, although I’m actually selling my printer right now over on Instagram if you want it 👀 (Scroll through my stories if you’re curious!)
I like to also print out the current Sterling Ink calendar freebie (available in the SI Facebook group) onto vellum and put it on the opposite side of the vision board, but you can totally create / print two vision boards if you want to fill up both sides of the page.
5. A gift for you
I made two extra versions this month, just playing with different themes, so I bundled all 3 vision boards into a printable PDF for you. They’re sized for Standard TN and totally free.
If there’s interest, I’m thinking of turning this into a monthly thing with different themes and sizes for paid subscribers.
Let me know if that’s something you’d want 🫶
And as always, tag me if you use one, I love seeing your setups.
See you next Sunday,
x Rebeka
